Georgian Town House Conversion - Wells, Somerset

Work in progress - Listed Georgian Town House Conversion by J.M. Lee Construction - Painted by No21 Painting
Currently painting the walls with a final coat of Farrow & Ball Estate Emulsion - in Dimse 277. Ceilings - All White by F&B
Dimse is a delicate grey, complimenting the elegance of early Georgian features (named after the quaint West Country dialect for the colour of twilight)

We are coming to the end of this fantastic project - when we do I hope to share many more photos and tell you more about the company behind the project, and trades involved. No21x

Contemporary Extension - Fantastic Views across the Somerset Levels.

Work in Progress & Photos by JM Lee Construction

No21 Painting is thrilled to work on another project by JM Lee Construction,
quality construction to perfection.

The large extension was a fully glazed open plan room with fantastic views across the Somerset levels.

The dining area was painted in Farrow & Ball, contrasting with pale grey walls.

Vast open plan space for living, dining and Parties
a perfect finish ready for painting.

The results were rewarding, interior painted and finished in time for Christmas

Highly commended in the Building Excellence Awards 2018

Lime-Washed Engineered Oak Flooring.

No21 Painting was originally known for limewashed finishes on furniture, we are now pleased to put this technique into practice on oak floorboards.

This project was for J.M Lee Construction's Award-winning Barn Conversion. Their client asked for a softened, smoky effect rather than the manufacturers contrasting limewash.

The finished result highlighted the grain in the oak, and with No21's secret recipe we achieved a greyed off effect to coordinate with Little Greene French Grey wall colour.
