The first recorded use of teal blue as a colour name was in 1927. Its rich blueish green pigments with a touch of grey, evokes luxury and exuberance, a time when Mariano Fortuny created beautiful clothing and fabrics. Stunning.

Felix Lighting Specialists deal in vintage, contemporary and industrial lighting and specialise in the sourcing, restoration and design of unusual and rare lights. 
They have a shop in Bath and also have a showroom upstairs
 with No21 Interiors at Kilver Court.

Silk Lane - Kilver Court Designer Village opens


The Opening on 13th July of Silk Lane and five new designer outlets by the Saul family. Roger Saul the founder of Mulberry and owner of Kilver Court holds the ribbon.



Silk Lane has been created as an entrance to the old rambling, restored mill buildings. Five spacious designer shops join the Emporium (the first phase housing a sample collections of many carefully selected designer brands)

Five new brands open offering discount on designer products - Jack Wills, Toast, L.K. Bennett, Hawick, Jane Clayton (one more shop in this phase, to be announced)
